Monday - Thursday

6:00am-7:15am Group Fitness

9:00am-10:15am Group Fitness

 11:00am-12:15pm Group Fitness

 4:00pm-5:15pm Group Fitness

 5:15pm-6:30pm Group Fitness

 6:30pm-7:45pm Group Fitness


                                   Friday

4:30-5:30pm Group Fitness

6:00-7:00pm Group Fitness

Saturday

 

7:30am-8:45am Team or Group Fitness

9:00am-10:15am Team or Group Fitness

Sunday

 Closed for Active Recovery Day or Rest Day!!

* Fundamentals is a one-week course held for our introductory athletes with no previous experience. It also works as a refresher for current CrossFit Athletes.
